This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions governing payments, participation fees (if applicable), and refund eligibility for the Ayushman Golden Card assistance and promotional reward 

By participating in our reward-based promotional program or making any payment through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. Nature of Service Our platform provides:

Assistance services related to Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) awareness and Golden Card support

Promotional reward participation through a computer-based random selection system

Administrative and processing support services

We are not the government authority issuing health benefits. We provide facilitation and promotional campaign services only.

  1. Participation Fee (Rs 10 ) If a user pays any registration, service, or processing fee:

The fee is charged for administrative support, documentation assistance, and participation in the promotional reward system.

Payment does not guarantee prize winnings.

Payment does not guarantee government scheme approval or eligibility.

  1. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error

Payment deducted but service request not recorded in our system

Transaction failure where amount is debited but service not initiated

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

User found ineligible under PM-JAY guidelines

Incorrect information submitted by the applicant

Failure to provide required documents

Change of mind after successful registration

Non-selection in reward draw

Completed administrative processing

Once participation is confirmed and administrative processing begins, fees become non-refundable.

  1. Reward Selection Disclaimer Reward selection is conducted through a computer-based random system.

Winning is not guaranteed for any participant.

Rewards are promotional in nature and independent of government benefit eligibility.

Taxes (if applicable) on prize amounts shall be borne by the winner as per Indian law.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Payment gateway provider policies

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

  1. Fraud Prevention If fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy violation is detected:

Refund requests may be rejected

Participation may be cancelled

Legal action may be initiated if required
